Jesus refuses to judge in some cases—when it feeds our greed. “But Jesus said to him, “Man, who made me a judge or arbitrator between you two?” Lk 12.14. God saves eternally, rather than solving our petty problems.
Baptism is not our Savior. Only God and Jesus Christ are called Savior. Neither is grace, or faith, or repentance called our Savior, but all these are necessary for salvation. The Lord uses these to save us. It is proper to affirm that “baptism saves us” 1Pt 3.21, because all these are necessary for salvation. But they are not the Savior.
Only through speaking the gospel can people be saved. Without speaking, no salvation occurs. A good example is not sufficient. Others must be taught, Ac 11.14; 1 Thes 2.16.
